A stunning collection of luxury paint colours. Fenwick & Tilbrook paint is made to order and delivered to us by the next working day
Specialist Paints, Awesome colours
Welcome to the world of Fenwick & Tilbrook specialit paint makers now available through the nest:
Pure Flat MATT, MATT plus, EGGSHELL– interior & exterior, MASONARY and breathable CLAYpaint
Great opacity. This means that fewer coats are required and also means much better value than many other leading brands.
Durable. Originally developed in Scandinavia and designed for very harsh weather conditions. The paints’ formulae comprise ingredients of the highest quality for longer life and better looks.
Wipeable. Unlike most matt emulsion paints, Fenwick & Tilbrook’s Pure Matt gives that popular chalky appearance, but with a very hard surface that is wipeable.
Washable. Both Eggshells and Pure Matt Plus are designed to be washable. This makes them a great choice for kitchens, bathrooms, and high traffic areas.
Easy to use. Described as spreading like cream with great coverage (1 litre covers between 10 – 12 square meters). Professional and novice painters alike can achieve an excellent finish.
Water based. Brushes are easily cleaned in water so, less mess and better for the environment.
High pigment levels. For a fantastic depth of colour.
Breathable. Exterior Eggshell & Clay paint are breathable, allowing moisture to evaporate out. This will help to stop blistering or flaking.
Freshly made to order. Not in batches or made for stock, available next working day in any colour, size or type
Self-priming. Fenwick & Tilbrook paint is ‘self-priming’ so there is no need for any special primer if painting a virgin surface or a surface previously painted with a water-based paint. Primer, if required, can come tinted to match topcoats.
Environment. Manufactured to the highest possible environmental standards.
Fast drying. It is fast drying, so work can be completed quickly.
Low VOCs. Fenwick & Tilbrook paint has virtually zero VOCs, so there is no smell. This makes it pleasant to use and allows painted rooms to be ready to use immediately – and it’s ideal for children’s rooms.
Quality control. A sample is taken and catagued from every tin of paint made. Checked against our colour standards. With a sample of the paint in the tin to the top of the tin.
Made in Britain, with love. All products, ingredients and packaging are manufactured in the UK. All packaging is recyclable.

Never fails to delight
This is one of my regular places to visit for brunch, lunch or tea and it never fails to deliver despite expanding and getting busier. They have a great orchard to walk the dog and you can take your dog in if its good. Staff are amazing and the best coffee around.
Tasty, fresh, local food
We stopped for lunch. I had a sage and onion scotch egg and salad, my son had a warm, freshly made sausage roll also with salad. Delicious. We both finished our plates. A good pot of tea and all at a reasonable price. A lovely deli to look round and buy presents to take home
Great little deli and the home of the great scotch egg company
A big must visit if you’re anywhere near here good home cooked food and if your a fan of scotch eggs then a must as they have so many different types also the added bonus of a brilliant garden plant centre. Plenty of seating inside and out but can be busy at peak times highly recommended and a very friendly place

Great place to visit
Took mum and dad out for a drive and ended up at the Nest and I’m really glad we went. It’s a garden center but different. The staff are friendly and polite, more than willing to give advice and expertise. The restaurant is well worth a visit, the food is all freshly prepared and their range of scotch eggs is amazing. And they don’t rip you off. Dogs are allowed which is brilliant, even in the restaurant, there are lots of tables both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Nest and will definitely be going back again.
