Art and Artists at the nest

Creative at heart

With their joint creative back grounds it was probably inevitable that one day Neil and Penny would drift into the artist and makers world once again…

The journey began when Neil brought back a selection of garden sculptures (left) from friend and Artist Backsmith Jonathan Clift, fellow stall holder at the renowned Teme Valley Market… Lily’s, Ferns and Aliums all unique and handmade they have become firm favourites…

Autumn 2019 finally saw the relocation of the cafe kitchen opening up oportunities within the cafe to creat a beautiful light filled gallery space.. the artWall began

What is art?

In simple terms it is a form of communication.

It means whatever the artist intends it to mean, shaped by the materials, techniques, and forms it makes use of, as well as the ideas and feelings it creates in its viewers

Art is an act of expressing feelings, thoughts, and observations.
