Timetable 2020

Tuesday April 14th – Thursday September 24th

New initiative for 2020, inspired by the enthusiasm for Yoga over the last couple of years we are broadening our horizons and this year will offer a few more options…

All bookings for classes must be made and paid for at least 48hours in advance of the class starting time.

Booking lists are handled by the Nest, if classes are fully booked you will be added to a waiting list and if/when a place becomes available it will be offered on a first-come-first served basis.

Hatha Yoga

Zumba and PiYo

with Rachel Abbey

PiYo – Tuesdays 9.00am

A combination of Pilates and Yoga, low impact, high intensity and challenging at times – think planks, walking planks, fast sun salutations, some press ups etc 😬

It’s gentler on the body than say, circuits or bodypump, ” 

Zumba – Thursdays 9.00am

Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Circuit Training

Wednesdays 9.00am

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. 

Legs, Tums & Bums

with Nick Christian

Tuesdays 6.00pm

Full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels
