Fitness training throughout the summer in the Henry, our magnificent festival yurt, nestling into the orchards of our lovely corner of Herefordshire

New initiative for 2020, inspired by the enthusiasm for Yoga over the last couple of years we are broadening our horizons and this year will offer a few more options…
All bookings for classes must be made and paid for at least 48hours in advance of the class starting time.
Booking lists are handled by the Nest, if classes are fully booked you will be added to a waiting list and if/when a place becomes available it will be offered on a first-come-first served basis.

A combination of Pilates and Yoga, low impact, high intensity and challenging at times – think planks, walking planks, fast sun salutations, some press ups etc

Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
